We recommend treating these just like you would a old cast iron. We lightly clean with cloth , heat till clean, add a nice even oil when cool enough to handle, then we heat again.Either in an oven or smoker. Repeat monthly or as needed. Store in dry areas. Product can rust if not cared for. Please use proper safety while handling.
